2008 Grand Mesa Camper Information

Send your completed Registration & Health Form (see print links below) with:
      $120 for Elementary Camp,
$130 for Middle School Camp or
      $110 for High School Camp
at least two weeks prior to camp.  Camp slots are filled on a first come, first served basis.  Register early!

Make sure your registration has been signed in all the appropriate places!

Please make checks payable to Grand Mesa Baptist Assembly.

In order to keep the cost of camp as low as possible, please make sure the camper’s medical insurance information is completed, including the “signature of the insured” under the “assignment of benefits.”  All medication must be given to the camp nurse at registration.  Be sure all medications are in their original containers with the physician’s signed instructions clearly stated.

Registration begins at 3 p.m. Sunday afternoons (except for family camp.)  Registration cannot take place until the registrar and camp nurse are present; therefore there are no provisions for early check-in.
